People often ask "Who is your client?" It's an important question, one I've spent more than a fair amount of time on. Because the better I understand you, the better I can serve you.
Our clients are the best. They are great communicators, they are kind and good. They provide the information I need to do my best work, and they follow up when needed. My clients take my calls, they understand that we need to stay in touch. My clients are community minded, and often charitable. Their lives are rich and meaningful. They trust my firm, the work that we do, and have an honest belief that their financial health is enriched by our commitment to them. Friends and relatives of my clients are likely to become clients, because they see the difference in our level of caring and the services we offer. It never ceases to amaze me that no matter how much I give, I receive more in return; and how much better my life is because of my clients.
